Lakeviews Circuit Residence

The clients inspiration for this home was elegant minimalism with a hint of bold and a touch of the 1950’s in the colour palette while paying particular attention to organic materials. The island bench in the Kitchen was designed to be the hero piece of the room that is purposely opened up to give the grand feature the space to stand out, but also to encourage greater interaction between the kitchen and living space.

The Ensuite vanity was another intricate piece of this home, entirely customised and built purely around the tall, concrete basin with the intent to help the bold basin almost stand alone, while maintaining functionality of the space and finding the right asymmetrical balance.
